Shipping Policy

Processing time. All boards ship from in-stock inventory. Orders placed on a business day ship the next business day; orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day after.

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping options & cost. Every order includes free USPS Ground Advantage shipping (typically 2–5 business days in transit). At checkout you can upgrade to USPS Priority Mail (typically 1–3 business days) for faster delivery. Transit times are USPS estimates and aren't guaranteed.

Tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number.

Lost or damaged in transit. If your package arrives damaged or doesn't show up, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll help get it resolved.
